If the order was not sent - it was created in our system and the payment went through but the order was not sent and you did not receive a tracking number in the email, contact us and we will try to help you with the cancellation.
If the order has been shipped - you can return the product up to 14 days after receiving the product in its original packaging and it has not been used, contact us on WhatsApp for a return shipping address, after receiving the products back to us we will make a full refund of the transaction.
1. If you
received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, or if you
would like to exchange an item, please contact us via our online chat, for your
exchange options. Please include your order number and the product in question
with the reason for the exchange in the message.
2. Indicate the
reason for your return and the order number on your packing slip and include it
with your return. Wrap the package securely and write our address clearly. In
order to avoid customs delays or tax tolls on the sender, it is suggested to

Declare that it is a returned package. Do not declare a value. (or
declare 1$ if you have to) , if you declare a full value it can be stopped by
the Israel customs causing delay in delivery and will bare customs
release duties.
Do not attach
any documentation with value of the goods.
