Gift Returns, General Returns and Refunds Information

Cancellation of a transaction is carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

Gifts

We gladly accept the return of gifts within 30 days of receipt. A gift certificate refund will be issued to the gift recipient at the same address to which the original order was shipped. Please include either your packing slip or the e-mail address and name of the person who gave you the gift. Don’t worry — we won’t notify them about your return.

Returns

Please indicate the reason for your return and your order number on the packing slip and include it inside the package. Wrap the item securely and write our address clearly.

Declare that it is a returned package — do not declare a value (or declare $1 if required). Declaring the full value may cause delays due to Israeli customs clearance and additional release duties.

Send returns via postal air mail only — couriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL are not accepted. Returned items must arrive at our Israel offices before credit or refund can be issued.

Refunds / Exchanges

You will be notified via e-mail once your returned item has been received and processed. Please note: Shipping costs can only be refunded if the return results from our error. Exchanges are available only for defective products.
